Lots of movement on the leaderboard this week, with Rick R. enjoying first place for the first time in his poker career. He and Jeff H. went head to head in the finals on Friday, with Jeff H. emerging victorious on what can only be described as an effective albeit hum-drum bet based on SAGE strategy.

All in all, a good batch of poker. Let's do it again soon.

Scenes from a protest

There's been some chatter about the "union thuggery" going on in Wisconsin. Maybe radiologists, teachers, husbands and wives of teachers, and small children are what we call thugs these days. Come to think of it, maybe politeness and community and common good are what we now call socialism.
